Welcome to our program dedicated to women's health and well-being. We believe that a woman's responsibility to her body is to nourish, heal, connect with nature, and remember the divinity within her heart and womb. Our 90-day Ayurvedic Transformational Program is designed to help you co-create with nature, access your creativity, wisdom, and love, and cultivate a sacred connection to nature in your daily life.

Program Overview:

Weeks 1-4:

Weeks 1-4: Nourish Your Body and Mind

- Introduction to Ayurveda: Learn the basics of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, and how it can help you create balance and harmony in your life.

- Ayurvedic Nutrition: Discover the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition and how to nourish your body with wholesome, seasonal foods that support your unique constitution.

- Daily Self-Care Practices: Explore daily self-care rituals, including Abhyanga (self-massage), oil pulling, tongue scraping, and mindful eating.

- Yoga and Meditation: Incorporate gentle yoga and meditation practices into your daily routine to promote physical and mental well-being.

Weeks 5-8:

Healing and Rejuvenation

- Detoxification: Learn about Ayurvedic detoxification techniques to cleanse your body and rejuvenate your mind with our NON RESTRICTIVE 21 day reset.

- Herbal Remedies: Explore the healing power of Ayurvedic herbs and spices, and how they can support your overall health and well-being.

- Emotional Healing: Dive into practices that help you release emotional blockages and cultivate a positive mindset.

- Restful Sleep: Discover Ayurvedic techniques for improving the quality of your sleep and promoting deep relaxation.

Weeks 9-12:

Connecting with Nature and Inner Wisdom

- Nature Immersion: Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature through mindful walks, outdoor meditation, and grounding practices.

- Sacred Feminine Practices: Connect with the divine feminine energy within you through rituals, ceremonies, and honoring your menstrual cycle.

- Cultivating Creativity: Tap into your innate creativity through art, journaling, dance, and other expressive practices.

- Gratitude and Love: Cultivate a deep sense of gratitude and love for yourself, others, and the natural world.

-The reward and celebration: You will have the opportunity to experience a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Tulum, Mexico. This includes all-inclusive accommodations, convenient transportation from the airport to my home, a curated list of exciting activities throughout the week, the services of a private chef who will prepare delicious meals for you, and a professional photoshoot in breathtaking locations such as the pristine beaches and other scenic spots in the area.
