AYURVEDA

“The ancient wisdom teachings of Ayurveda are more relevant today than ever. Born in India more than 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda’s practices and ideas guide modern women to remember our feminine power—our birthright to create, nourish, and heal. It recognizes that our true nature is that of the five great elements—space, air, fire, water, and earth. The language of Ayurveda teaches us to listen to our own bodies and to eat in harmony with nature’s seasons as a way of actively participating in our health and self-care."

For years, I traversed the globe as a Superyacht Chef, whipping up culinary masterpieces for discerning clientele.  While exciting and glamorous, this fast-paced lifestyle left me feeling drained and unfulfilled. Driven by a desire to share my passion and serve others in a more meaningful way, I embarked on a journey of discovery.  This led me to Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of healing.  Ayurveda transformed my understanding of food, spirituality, and overall health, ultimately leading to a profound sense of physical and mental well-being. Today, I am a passionate and certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach for Women.  As a teacher and consultant, I help women embrace this holistic approach to achieve their own transformative journeys.  Witnessing the positive impact of Ayurveda on the lives of others brings me immense satisfaction.  I am now living a truly fulfilling and balanced life, and I'm here to help you do the same!
