AYURVEDA
“The ancient wisdom teachings of Ayurveda are more relevant today than ever. Born in India more than 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda’s practices and ideas guide modern women to remember our feminine power—our birthright to create, nourish, and heal. It recognizes that our true nature is that of the five great elements—space, air, fire, water, and earth. The language of Ayurveda teaches us to listen to our own bodies and to eat in harmony with nature’s seasons as a way of actively participating in our health and self-care."

After being a Professional Chef for the past decades, and having the privilege to travel the world as a Super Yacht Chef, cooking for some of the wealthiest international clientele left me feeling exhausted, drained, and unfulfilled.
I knew there had to be another way to truly share my passion and be of service.
These frustrations led to addiction, bad health habits, and poor physical health due to my escapes to numb myself.
Three years ago I came across Ayurveda (the science of life) and it totally saved my Life, it shifted the perception I had about food, spirituality, and health.
It directly contributed to my progressive recovery, physically and mentally.
After healing myself while implementing my studies. I finally quit the Yachting industry and I am now fully devoted to my new career as an Ayurvedic Wellness coach.
