Welcome to my portfolio. From experimental passion projects to commissioned work on Super Yachts, I’ve had the opportunity to create a variety of projects in the last 6 years for this dynamic industry and over 10 years on land as a private Chef and Caterer. I thrive on creative challenges and enjoy building strong relationships along the way.
In the last two years i engaged in the studies of Ayurveda, known as the science of life. This brought me to understand the importance of mindfulness through cuisine, to how we source our produce, how we consume it, prepare it, all of these steps contribute to our state of health and wellness.
I am currently available as a consultant or Wellness retreat Chef.
